Reading it is worthwhile: placing an order means accepting it. Where the words “we” or “us” appear below they mean HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP..

1. When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. What we sell, and what it is not

Everything on this site, House Label included, is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. None of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we will not describe it as though it were. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Responses differ between people and no outcome is promised. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies; there is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to end the programme.
  • Reply HELP to any message to get help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 60 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to team@mychoicesmart.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP. is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Jurisdiction

Any question about these terms is decided under Arizona law and in the courts of Arizona, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

9. Revisions

This page is revised from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, dated at the top, and using the site after a revision is published means accepting it.

11. Shelf prices and availability

  • Shelf prices are set as described on the home page: the cost of the delivery plus one flat markup applied identically across the shop.
  • Prices follow the cost of the next delivery and can go down as well as up. A change applies from the day new stock is booked in and is never applied backwards to an order already placed.
  • Weekly specials are a genuine reduction against the shelf price, for a stated week and a stated item, and end when the week does.
  • Stock is finite. Where an item sells out after you order it, we tell you the same working day and refund in full rather than substituting something we think is close.
  • HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP. may decline or cancel an order, refunding it in full, where it appears to be for commercial resale or where the payment cannot be verified.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
